Good afternoon!

Here's one last email for tonight's meet with important reminders. The event list and heat sheet are also attached. Us coaches will print some for ourselves and to hopefully hang on a wall somewhere, but you may want to print your own (or use the SwimTopia app). It's very helpful if kids are aware of what they're swimming before 6 PM. Notice that some events/heats are being combined to speed up the meet.

• Be on the pool deck no later than 5:10 PM.
• Send your kids to come find me to check-in.
• Concessions are CASH only.
• Direct any questions relating to volunteer jobs to Barbara Nichols. Also be aware that Coach Will is on vacation, so I'll be primarily helping with 8&Unders rather than "floating" per usual.
• Text me at (512) 709-7297 if you're running late or no longer able to make it.
• Relays are subject to change before and even during the meet itself.
• Please try to keep your children in the pool area rather than running around the park/neighborhood. It's going to be crowded. Good thing we're all friends.
• Don't leave until you doublecheck that all events & relays have been swum.
• Per JCSC tradition, if we win, there will be NO morning practice tomorrow.
• I will send any last-minute updates (including the final scores) via Remind.
