Good evening!

That was a great meet last night! We are now 2-1 for this season with 1 more dual meet next week. The official results from last night (and last week's meet at PClub that I forgot to send) are attached to this email. Thank you for sticking through the storm so we could call it an official meet without having to reschedule. Maybe one day we'll be back in the sun...

Our outdoor pool is still out of whack. We did find out this morning what the real issue is. The chlorine pump has been broken, and now that that's been identified, they've begun fixing it. The city really hasn't given us a timeline, but just to play it safe and regain some consistency, we've put together the following practice schedule for the rest of this week.

• 8:00-9:00 AM at Morristown Landing (30 minutes earlier than normal)
• 5:00-6:00 and 6:00-7:00 PM at the Jefferson City Community Center
  • Thursday's second evening practice will finish around 6:50 due to water aerobics beginning at 7:00.

Next Meet: Whittington Creek
Our next meet is at Whittington Creek next Tuesday, June 30th. I just opened RSVPs, so you may go into SwimTopia to select "Attending" or "Not Attending." Besides Smoky and City, this will be our most important meet of the season! Last year, after 2 recounts following the conclusion of the meet, it was determined that we won by 1 single point. So, naturally, they are now our rivals who we would love to beat again but by much, much more. I hope as many of y'all can attend as possible. Details to follow.
